In a nutshell: Karuna is simple. There are no phones, no internet, no TVs. Most rooms have cooking gas and utensils — if you want to self-cater, bring oil, spices, and basics. Charge devices during the day: the solar bank is for evening lights. And don't expect anything in a hurry — take it as part of the place.
